Light fixtures

Inspect for proper operation, replace bulbs as needed.

Light switches

Insect for proper operation, ensure no paint is present.

Ceiling fans

Inspect for proper operation, clean and balance blades as needed.

Furniture

Inspect for proper functioning, tighten loose bolts as needed on chairs/tables, apply felt pads to prevent floors from scratching.
