Caulking

Inspect caulk around tubs, showers, sinks. Remove and replace caulk as needed.

Toilet

Inspect toilet for leaks, ensure it is mounted firmly to the floor.

Drains

Inspect accessible sink drains for leaks. Check sink, shower, bath drains for clogs. If clogs identified, snake the clogs, clean out accessible p-traps.

Sink faucet

Inspect and clean or replace aerator, ensure there are no leaks.

Shower head

Inspect and clean the shower head, ensure there are no leaks.

Exhaust fan

Inspect and clean exhaust fan, replace light bulb(s) if needed.

Grout cleaning (Premium)

Inspect and clean grout between tiles in bath/shower enclosures, on walls, and on floors.
